Very disappointing service. I came in after work, and the waitress didn’t even greet me or offer a menu. I had to ask for one, and then she served customers who arrived after me first. Poor customer service and very disrespectful.

The food was so good and huge portions! You will not leave hungry. I tried the ceviche, and several other dishes that I can't remember the names of and everything was wonderfully delicious!

I hate to say this, because I'm Peruvian, but this was probably the worst pollo à la Brasa I've ever had in my life. Zero flavor and I'm pretty sure it was already cooked hours before and was reheated when I went to pick up. Unfortunately, I've had many good experiences here but today was just not it. The sauces were weird too? Green sauce isn't even green anymore and the other one not sure what happened there. Hopefully it was just an off day!!!

I went with my coworker and we ordered a chupe de camaron, a papa a la huancaina, ceviche clásico, de atun y one called sexy, tostones, and two drinks pisco sour and mystical purple. Everything was really good I just think the ceviche was a bit dry. I wanted a bit more leche de tigre in the classic ceviche and in the sexy ceviche.
